entrustIT score high in annual customer satisfaction survey

In our 2013-14 customer satisfaction survey, entrustIT scored highly with customers, more than 95% expressing high levels of satisfaction with product, service and support.

“In a year when we were also striving for ISO9001 & ISO27001 certification this was a pleasing result”, comments Managing Director Jeff Dodd, “however we aren’t complacent and will be looking to drive the results even higher in the year to come.”

As part of the survey results, entrust virtual Desktop users were asked to make suggestions to assist with future development and many responded positively. A number will now be asked to work with us to see their suggestions become a reality.
