Commencing 1st May 2012, entrustIT will extend support by expandingÂ standard operating hours for our support desk service from 9am to 5pm to 8am to 6pm (GMT). Customers will be able to get directly through to an engineer 5 days per week with additional chargeable support options for weekends, holidays and overnight.
24×7 support continues to be provided for “infrastructure” issues that prevent access to the Virtual Desktop service, however, this will be via our call centre who will log issues with the engineering team in the background.
The extended hours are the result of feedback from our customer base, many of whom work extended hours at their office, at home or on the move. It also enables us to extend support hours for customers connecting from outside the UK, particularly from North America.
